Dear Colleagues, With great pleasure on behalf of Gurkha Nepalese Community London Borough of Hounslow, I would like to extend my warm welcome to all members of staff of the community and Nepalese living and working in and surrounding borough of Hounslow to joint and become a member of GNCH for working and cohesion together to build up strong Nepalese Community in Hounslow.
Because of the generosity, dedication and involvement of our founding members, we have made all things seem possible; events such as many other organisation ringing a bell to drive and involvement on our annul events (especially Hounslow Council staff) Nepal New Year, Dasain, Summer BBQ, Ladies Night and Taekwando Classes. We have come thousands of miles away from our home country and family to fulfil our own as well as our family's dream and aspiration: yet despite the distance we have so much love and harmony here in our Gurkha Nepalese community that we can proudly praise our unique unity. We can make Gurkha Nepalese Community Hounslow a long history, proud and traditionally harmony and togetherness, and in the year and years ahead and continue to grow with these value and make valued contribution to our community.
The community has just finished its first General election on 24th of January 2010 with open inviting to all existing small minority so called Nepalese community or association at list more then 2 month in advance for the involvement and to take part as a candidates. I was stand as a candidate of Chairman and the majority of Nepalese people voted and elected me as a Chairman of this Gurkha Nepalese Community London Borough of Hounslow. On this great honour and occasion would like to thank you all and will promise that will not make disappointed electing me to run the Community. I sincerely would like to welcome with my bottom of heart to those fall a apart on the ground of the differences shrugged off insults jibes we had directed towards each other in the past few years and I declared would" work together in the Nepalese people interest in Hounslow". It will be an administration united behind four key principals; transparency, freedom, fairness and responsibility. Lets we should constantly nurture the seeds of love, harmony, and unity among us so that they would continually to flourish forever in Hounslow and lets we become an example of this kind. Thank you
